What you can expect from Stepmother Coaching:

When you contact Rachelle for an appointment, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about yourself and your stepfamily. This background information helps Rachelle understand who you are and what you are experiencing before your first coaching session. During the first coaching session, Rachelle will assist you to develop some goals you want to accomplish.

In order for positive changes to occur in your life, you will need to apply the lessons from the coaching sessions to your everyday life. This means that in between coaching sessions, you will try new approaches and behaviors, and you will interact with others in new ways. For example, if you are the type of person who always tries to be perfect, you will also be asked to give yourself permission to make mistakes when doing these exercises for the first time. Being gentle with yourself makes it easier to achieve the positive changes you want to make in your life. It has also been found that when you take good care of yourself during this time by eating nutritiously, getting enough sleep and exercising regularly, results occur more quickly.

What you should not expect from stepmother coaching: Instantaneous results. People experience dramatic, positive changes from stepmother coaching, but generally, it takes a little time before they occur.
